La mañana de este lunes 9 de diciembre de 2024, se reveló la lista de todos los nominados en categorías de cine y televisión, correspondientes a la edición 82 de los Golden Globes.
Los Golden Globes 2025 tendrán un número ampliado de nominados en las 27 categorías, incrementándose de cinco a seis. Además, las dos categorías nuevas previamente introducidas en la ceremonia de 2024, a mejor comediante de stand-up en televisión y logro cinematográfico y de taquilla, continúan en esta edición. Barbie de Greta Gerwig ganó a mejor logro cinematográfico y de taquilla en la gala que se realizó en enero de este año.
Las nominaciones de cine son lideradas por Emilia Pérez con 10 candidaturas, le siguen The Brutalist con 7, Conclave con 6, Anora y The Substance con 5 para cada una, Wicked, Challengers, The Wild Robot y A Real Pain con 4 para cada una, A Complete Unknown con 3, y Dune: Part Two con 2.
En el rubro televisivo, The Bear continúa dominando con el mayor número de nominaciones (5); le siguen Only Murders in the Building y Shogun con 4 candidaturas para cada uno, la rom-com sensación Nobody Wants This hizo su debut en la premiación con 3 nominaciones, la misma cantidad para Baby Reindeer, Disclaimer, y Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story para cada una. Y la sorpresa del día la marcó la segunda temporada de Squid Game consiguiendo nominación a la mejor serie de drama, a pesar de que su segunda temporada no se estrenará hasta finales de diciembre en Netflix.
ALGUNOS DATOS:
- The Wild Robot se convirtió en la película animada más nominada en la historia de los Golden Globes con sus cuatro candidaturas.
- Emilia Pérez es la comedia/musical con más nominaciones a los Globos de oro en toda la historia de la premiación.
- La serie The Penguin fue nominada en las 3 categorías para las que era elegible (mejor serie limitada, mejor actor en serie limitada, y mejor actriz en serie limitada).
- Sebastian Stan es doble nominado a mejor actor en película comedia/musical (A Different Man) y película de drama (The Apprentice).
- Kate Winslet es otra de las dobles nominadas a mejor actriz en película de drama (Lee), y actriz en serie limitada (The Regime).
- Selena Gómez también es una doble nominada por su papel en la película Emilia Pérez, y su papel en la serie Only Murders in the Building.
La ceremonia de los Globos de Oro será conducida por la comediante Nikki Glaser, siendo emitida en vivo el domingo 5 de enero de 2025 por CBS en los Estados Unidos, y en streaming por Paramount+. En México será emitida por TNT y Max. La cita es a las 7:00 pm (hora del centro de México).
