Premios Óscar 2019: Roma y The Favourite lideran nominaciones (lista completa)

La Academia del Óscar reveló temprano esta mañana a los nominados correspondientes a la edición 91 de la prestigiosa estatuilla dorada, mediante el anuncio hecho por Kumail Nanjiani y Tracee Ellis Ross desde el Samuel Goldwyn Theater.  La tragicomedia británica The Favourite de Yorgos Lanthimos y el drama mexicano Roma de Alfonso Cuarón, lideran la carrera con 10 nominaciones para cada uno de ellos.

Tanto The Favourite como Roma, están nominadas en la categoría más grande de la noche a Mejor Película, en la que se medirán con BlacKkKlansman, Black Panther, Bohemian Rhapsody, Green Book, A Star Is Born y Vice.

A Star Is Born y Vice obtuvieron 8 nominaciones. Le siguen Black Panther con 7, BlacKkKlansman con seis, y Bohemian Rhapsody y Green Book con 5 cada una.

Además de su nominación a Mejor Película, Roma fue nominada a Mejor Director (Cuarón), Mejor Actriz (Yalitza Aparicio), Mejor Actriz de Reparto (Marina de Tavira), Mejor Guion Original, Mejor Fotografía, Mejor Película Extranjera, Mejor Diseño de Producción, Mejor Mezcla de Sonido y Mejor Edición de Sonido.

En la categoría a Mejor Director, Cuarón enfrentará fuerte competencia con Spike Lee (BlacKkKlansman), Lanthimos (The Favourite), Adam McKay (Vice) y Pawel Pawlikowski (Cold War). Bradley Cooper, director de A Star Is Born, quien ha aterrizado nominaciones en toda ceremonia previa al Óscar, fue ignorado por la Academia para dicho honor. La edición 91 del Premio Óscar será entregado el domingo 24 de febrero desde el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood. La ceremonia será emitida en vivo a través de ABC en Estados Unidos y Canal TNT en Latinoamérica.
