¿Será que el "Untitled 2016 Event Project" de Universal es la película de Mass Effect?

¿Será que llegó el día para los fans del comandante Sheppard?

Universal tiene una fecha para ellos solos, dos semanas antes de que se estrene la de J.K. Rowling "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them"

 

Legendary  Pictures ayudará a financiar el proyecto, así que también podría ser uno con Guillermo del Toro, ¿Las montañas de la locura"? ...

a lo mejor no, con la secuela de Prometeo volvemos a la misma situación que las canceló la primera vez (yo sigo esperando el día en que un proyecto con Noomi Rapace hablado en inglés no sea un soberano fracaso )

 

Si no es Mass effect y tampoco es una de GdT , y se termino el ciclo de Fast & Furious , entonces, podría ser, horror de horrores, una cinta basada en Hot Wheels.

 

A lo largo del año Thomas Tull (el mismo que no quiere poner a dieta a Godzilla)  ha declarado que respetan la gran historia de Mass effect y que es un reto adaptarla, que si no lo fuera, ya estaría en nuestras pantallas para estas fechas.

 

 That's a story that we love and it's incredibly sprawling and complex. We're not going to screw up Commander Shepard. That's another one of those things where we're being a little bit precious about it, but unless we feel like we can absolutely crack it and know what the movie is, we're just not in the position where we have to make stuff just because we have to. That's the way we treat every one of these. I'm a huge Mass Effect fan. I play. I'm personally a fan of all these different things, and we don't to screw them up, so that's the way we go into these. The bar is very high, and that's just our approach

I think the canon they've created is sophisticated, it's very broad, meaning you can't pitch that in 30 seconds, right? It's a complex story. So it is challenging. If it wasn't challenging, the movie would have been out by now, but it is. We've just got to stick to our guns that, if it's a movie that's going to come from us, we want it to be great. If we can't crack that yet then we just have to keep working.
