La temporada de premios 2021-22 está en apogeo, y este día toca turno de conocer a los nominados del Sindicato de Guionistas (Writer’s Guild Award, WGA), dentro del rubro televisivo. Los Premios WGA 2022 tienen programado entregarse el domingo 20 de marzo (vía sitio oficial).
Los nominados en las dos categorías grandes de TV (serie drama y serie comedia), incluyen a la favorita Ted Lasso de Apple TV+, que ganara el WGA Award en la edición de 2021, acompañada en esta ocasión de nuevas series que se han colocado rápidamente en el gusto del público, tal es el caso de Hacks de HBO Max, Yellowjackets de Showtime, Only Murders in the Building de Hulu, y Loki de Disney+. Estas últimas cuatro además, conforman la categoría Mejor Serie Nueva junto a Reservation Dogs de FX.
Series veteranas como The Handmaid’s Tale y Succession, junto a la segunda temporada de The Morning Show, pelean con las recién llegadas Loki y Yellowjackets, la categoría Serie de Drama.
