Windows Holographic no será una exclusiva del hololens, durante el computex en Taiwan, Microsoft abrió la plataforma a numerosos socios.

La realidad aumentada (AR) no será monopolio de Redmond, los gigantes de la realidad virtual como el Rift de Oculus y el Vive de HTC podrán hacer uso del software para hacer una oferta más completa, y también darle más usuarios a los de Nadella.
